Last minute Mother's day ideas

A day before Mother's day and you still haven't got anything for your mother or grandma?

This post will give you some ideas on some simple but lovely gifts or actions you could do for your mum or grandma!

Idea 1. Picture frame perfect

Have any old photo frames lying around the house?

Put them to good use by inserting a photo of you and your mum together or placing an inspirational quote or verse in. This frame might be the very thing to get your mum through a tough day and she can always think of you when she looks at it.

Idea 2. Lie-in breakfast

This idea has become a tradition in our house where my mum gets a special breakfast in bed. This is a very easy way to show how much you care for your mum by making a yummy and delicious breakfast and delivering it with a fresh bunch of flowers and a cup of tea or coffee.

Idea 3. Handmade card

Nothing really beats a handmade card to your loved one.

I know I am a little biased (as this blog is almost all cards!), but a card really shows appreciation towards someone and how much they mean to you.
