A Friendly Thank You

Happy 2020!

This is the first post for the new decade and we are starting off on a good note (hopefully you think so)!

The card is a thank you card I made from a Stampin' Up! set (https://www.stampinup.com/en-au).

I hand coloured the flowers to add the summery/springy feel and arranged the cut outs to suit my taste.

Steps to creation:

1. Looked at the design ideas from the kit- I decided to create my own unique design

2. Chose the card size- I chose the regular A

3. Picked an background card and other layer- I chose a geometric pattern to go under the leaves and a black and white card under the text

4. Chose a salutation to accompany the card layout- I chose 'Thank you for being a friend'

5. Picked what flowers I would colour in- I tried to do ombre pink, using dark pink and light pink pencils, with olive green leaves

6. Placed everything down and clued it together
