Gift of the gab- you talk a lot and talk easily and confidently in a way that makes people want to listen to you and believe you.

A easy tutorial on how the make a fortune teller or otherwise known as the Chatterbox!

You will need:

- A4 piece of paper/square of paper

-Scissors

-Coloured pens or any other decorations

-Good folding skills

Tip: You will need a square of paper for this tutorial. If you don't know how to make a square of paper from an A4 piece of paper, then just follow the instructions below.

How to make a square of paper from an A4 piece.

1. Fold the top corner of the paper until it is aligned with the side like shown. Then crease the fold.

2. Then fold the fold over it's self so it looks like this.

3. Crease that fold.

4. Open up the piece of paper. It should look like this.

5. Cut along the horizontal line. Now you have a square.

How to make a chatterbox

1. If you are using the A4 method of cutting a square, you already have an existing fold. If you didn't then fold one corner to the other corner to make a triangle.

2. Rotate the square and do step 1. to the other corner. It now should have 2 folds.

3. Now fold each corner of the paper into the middle and crease folds.

4. Turn the piece of paper around to the blank side.

5. Now repeat step 3 again.

6. Now fold one side of the piece of paper to the other side and crease like shown to make a rectangle.

7. Unfold, rotate clockwise and do it to the other side.

8. One side should have 4 square flaps and the other side should have 4 triangular flaps.

9. Lift up the square flaps and put your thumb and index finger from both hands under the flaps.

10. You have now created your chatterbox. If you wanted to add colour, numbers and challenges to your chatterbox, then follow these instructions.

Decorating your chatterbox

1. On the square flaps, add the names of four different colours.

2. Turn over and on the triangular flaps, add 8 different numbers.

3. Under the triangular flaps, add challenges, quotes or anything you like.

4. Decorate and have fun! 😊
